If you are not satisfied with your Active Transport Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Email support@activetransport.app from the address associated with your account. Include the date of your purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions auto-renew. To stop future charges, cancel from your account settings before your renewal date. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund after the initial 7-day window, except where required by law.
Codes, redeemed credits, and discounted plans are non-refundable.
