By accessing or using Active Transport ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Active Transport is an AI-powered tool that generates practice questions, Anki cards, summaries, and outlines from user-provided study materials. The Service is intended for educational use by students and is not a substitute for accredited curricula or licensed instruction.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content you do not have rights to; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (d) resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission; (e) use the Service to generate content that is harmful, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
The Service uses large language models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading content. You acknowledge that AI-generated questions and explanations are not authoritative medical or educational sources and must be verified independently. See our Medical Disclaimer.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Active Transport a limited license to process that content to provide the Service. The Service, its design, and underlying code are owned by Active Transport.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
